Alpaca - Precedent (Other lives. A little perspective.)

Precedent is a decision council grounded in real stories. You describe a decision, and it scrapes real firsthand accounts from Reddit and the web. It groups those accounts into cohorts, has AI personas debate them, and returns a source-backed verdict.

A Flask web app and a separate worker process communicate only through a shared database (SQLite now, Supabase later). The recommendation and confidence come from math over stored data, not from LLMs. If evidence is thin, it says so instead of inventing a debate.
