At its core, the platform pairs parcel searches (indexed by Harris County Appraisal District / HCAD numbers) with an agentic, multi-step AI workflow. Utilizing Featherless.ai (Qwen 32B) with a deterministic fallback mode, an automated investigator agent queries municipal case records, reviews violation categories, and synthesizes key findings. A separate automated reviewer agent cross-examines evidence and verifies municipal ordinances before committing clear, step-by-step verification checklists. Every generated task citations link directly back to raw civic records, guaranteeing complete data provenance without hallucinating or modifying city records.
